State park health district; health officer; powers and duties

§ 383. State park health district; health officer; powers and duties.\nThe health officer of a state park health district shall have all the\npowers and duties under the law of the state and the sanitary code which\nlocal health officers now have or hereafter shall have within their\nrespective localities.\n
