§ 394. Consolidated health district; board of health; officers. The\nboard of health of a consolidated health district shall from time to\ntime elect a president from among its members. The health officer of a\nconsolidated health district shall serve as the secretary of the board\nof health thereof without additional remuneration therefor.\n
