§ 5002. Laws repealed. Chapter forty-nine of the laws of nineteen\nhundred nine, entitled "An act in relation to the public health,\nconstituting chapter forty-five of the consolidated laws, " and all acts\namendatory thereof and supplemental thereto, constituting the public\nhealth law as heretofore in force, are hereby repealed, except as\notherwise provided herein.\n
