§ 907. Reports. The commissioner, in conjunction with the commissioner\nof education, shall prepare and submit a report to the governor and the\nlegislature, due on February first, nineteen hundred ninety-five,\nreporting the results and evaluating the effectiveness of the New York\nstate primary care education and training act, including recommendations\nfor the placement of primary care physicians and primary care\npractitioners in underserved areas.\n
