* § 174. Major steam electric generating facilities certificates. Any\ncertificate of environmental compatibility and public need issued to a\nmajor steam electric generating facility under the former article VIII\nof this chapter shall be treated for purposes of compliance and\nenforcement as if such certificate was issued under this article.\n * NB Repealed December 31, 2040\n
