§ 120.07 Gang assault in the first degree.\n A person is guilty of gang assault in the first degree when, with\nintent to cause serious physical injury to another person and when aided\nby two or more other persons actually present, he causes serious\nphysical injury to such person or to a third person.\n Gang assault in the first degree is a class B felony.\n
