§ 135.10 Unlawful imprisonment in the first degree.\n A person is guilty of unlawful imprisonment in the first degree when\nhe restrains another person under circumstances which expose the latter\nto a risk of serious physical injury.\n Unlawful imprisonment in the first degree is a class E felony.\n
