§ 145.35 Tampering with a consumer product; consumer product defined.\n For the purposes of sections 145.40 and 145.45 of this article,\n"consumer product" means any drug, food, beverage or thing which is\ndisplayed or offered for sale to the public, for administration into or\ningestion by a human being or for application to any external surface of\na human being.\n
