§ 156.27 Computer tampering in the first degree.\n A person is guilty of computer tampering in the first degree when he\ncommits the crime of computer tampering in the fourth degree and he\nintentionally alters in any manner or destroys computer data or a\ncomputer program so as to cause damages in an aggregate amount exceeding\nfifty thousand dollars.\n Computer tampering in the first degree is a class C felony.\n
