§ 180.25 Bribe receiving by a labor official.\n A labor official is guilty of bribe receiving by a labor official when\nhe solicits, accepts or agrees to accept any benefit from another person\nupon an agreement or understanding that such benefit will influence him\nin respect to any of his acts, decisions, or duties as such labor\nofficial.\n Bribe receiving by a labor official is a class D felony.\n
