§ 185.15 Fraudulent disposition of property subject to a conditional\n sale contract.\n A person is guilty of fraudulent disposition of property subject to a\nconditional sale contract when, prior to the performance of the\ncondition of a conditional sale contract and being the buyer or any\nlegal successor in interest of the buyer, he sells, assigns, mortgages,\nexchanges, secretes, injures, destroys or otherwise disposes of the\ngoods subject to the conditional sale contract under claim of full\nownership, with intent thereby to defraud another.\n Fraudulent disposition of property subject to a conditional sale\ncontract is a class A misdemeanor.\n
