§ 187.05 Residential mortgage fraud in the fifth degree.\n A person is guilty of residential mortgage fraud in the fifth degree\nwhen he or she commits residential mortgage fraud.\n Residential mortgage fraud in the fifth degree is a class A\nmisdemeanor.\n
