§ 20.25 Criminal liability of an individual for corporate conduct.\n A person is criminally liable for conduct constituting an offense\nwhich he performs or causes to be performed in the name of or in behalf\nof a corporation to the same extent as if such conduct were performed in\nhis own name or behalf.\n
