§ 200.03 Bribery in the second degree.\n A person is guilty of bribery in the second degree when he confers, or\noffers or agrees to confer, any benefit valued in excess of five\nthousand dollars upon a public servant upon an agreement or\nunderstanding that such public servant's vote, opinion, judgment,\naction, decision or exercise of discretion as a public servant will\nthereby be influenced.\n Bribery in the second degree is a class C felony.\n
