§ 200.30 Giving unlawful gratuities.\n A person is guilty of giving unlawful gratuities when he knowingly\nconfers, or offers or agrees to confer, any benefit upon a public\nservant for having engaged in official conduct which he was required or\nauthorized to perform, and for which he was not entitled to any special\nor additional compensation.\n Giving unlawful gratuities is a class A misdemeanor.\n
