§ 215.65 Criminal contempt of a temporary state commission.\n A person is guilty of criminal contempt of a temporary state\ncommission when, having been duly subpoenaed to attend as a witness at\nan investigation or hearing before a temporary state commission, he\nfails or refuses to attend without lawful excuse.\n Criminal contempt of a temporary state commission is a class A\nmisdemeanor.\n
