§ 215.75 Unlawful disclosure of an indictment.\n A public servant is guilty of unlawful disclosure of an indictment\nwhen, except in the proper discharge of his official duties, he\nintentionally discloses the fact that an indictment has been found or\nfiled before the accused person is in custody.\n Unlawful disclosure of an indictment is a class B misdemeanor.\n
