N.Y. Penal Law § 220.70

§ 220.70 Criminal possession of methamphetamine manufacturing material\n in the second degree.\n A person is guilty of criminal possession of methamphetamine\nmanufacturing material in the second degree when he or she possesses a\nprecursor, a chemical reagent or a solvent with the intent to use or\nknowing another intends to use such precursor, chemical reagent, or\nsolvent to unlawfully produce, prepare or manufacture methamphetamine.\n Criminal possession of methamphetamine manufacturing material in the\nsecond degree is a class A misdemeanor.\n
