N.Y. Penal Law § 222.40

§ 222.40 Criminal possession of cannabis in the first degree.\n A person is guilty of criminal possession of cannabis in the first\ndegree when he or she knowingly and unlawfully possesses:\n 1. cannabis and such cannabis weighs more than ten pounds; or\n 2. concentrated cannabis and such concentrated cannabis weighs more\nthan four pounds.\n Criminal possession of cannabis in the first degree is a class D\nfelony.\n
