§ 240.21 Disruption or disturbance of a religious service, funeral,\n burial or memorial service.\n A person is guilty of disruption or disturbance of a religious\nservice, funeral, burial or memorial service when he or she makes\nunreasonable noise or disturbance while at a lawfully assembled\nreligious service, funeral, burial or memorial service, or within three\nhundred feet thereof, with intent to cause annoyance or alarm or\nrecklessly creating a risk thereof.\n Disruption or disturbance of a religious service, funeral, burial or\nmemorial service is a class A misdemeanor.\n
