N.Y. Penal Law § 255.10

§ 255.10 Unlawfully procuring a marriage license.\n A person is guilty of unlawfully procuring a marriage license when he\nprocures a license to marry another person at a time when he has a\nliving spouse, or the other person has a living spouse.\n Unlawfully procuring a marriage license is a class A misdemeanor.\n
