§ 265.04 Criminal possession of a weapon in the first degree.\n A person is guilty of criminal possession of a weapon in the first\ndegree when such person:\n (1) possesses any explosive substance with intent to use the same\nunlawfully against the person or property of another; or\n (2) possesses ten or more firearms.\n Criminal possession of a weapon in the first degree is a class B\nfelony.\n
