N.Y. Penal Law § 265.30

§ 265.30 Certain convictions to be reported.\n Every conviction under this article or section 400.00, of a person who\nis not a citizen of the United States, shall be certified to the proper\nofficer of the United States government by the district attorney of the\ncounty in which such conviction was had.\n
