§ 275.25 Advertisement or sale of unauthorized recordings in the second\n degree.\n A person is guilty of the advertisement or sale of unauthorized\nrecordings in the second degree when such person knowingly advertises,\noffers for sale, resale, or rental, or sells, resells, rents,\ndistributes or possesses for any such purposes, any recording that has\nbeen produced or transferred without the consent of the owner; provided,\nhowever, that this section shall only apply to sound recordings\ninitially fixed prior to February fifteenth, nineteen hundred\nseventy-two.\n Advertisement or sale of unauthorized recordings in the second degree\nis a class A misdemeanor.\n
