§ 60.20 Authorized dispositions; traffic infraction.\n 1. When a person is convicted of a traffic infraction, the sentence of\nthe court shall be as follows:\n (a) A period of conditional discharge, as provided in article\nsixty-five; or\n (b) Unconditional discharge as provided in section 65.20; or\n (c) A fine or a sentence to a term of imprisonment, or both, as\nprescribed in and authorized by the provision that defines the\ninfraction; or\n (d) A sentence of intermittent imprisonment, as provided in article\neighty-five.\n 2. Where a sentence of conditional discharge is imposed for a traffic\ninfraction, all incidents of the sentence shall be the same as would be\napplicable if the sentence were for a violation.\n
