N.Y. Penal Law § 60.25

§ 60.25 Authorized dispositions; corporation.\n When a corporation is convicted of an offense, the sentence of the\ncourt shall be as follows:\n (a) A fine authorized by section 80.10; or\n (b) Where authorized by section 65.05, a period of conditional\ndischarge as provided in that section; or\n (c) Where authorized by section 65.20, unconditional discharge as\nprovided in that section.\n In any case where a corporation has been sentenced to a period of\nconditional discharge and such sentence is revoked, the court shall\nsentence the corporation to pay a fine.\n
