N.Y. Penal Law § 60.36

§ 60.36 Authorized dispositions; driving while intoxicated offenses.\n Where a court is imposing a sentence for a violation of subdivision\ntwo, two-a, or three of section eleven hundred ninety-two of the vehicle\nand traffic law pursuant to sections 65.00 or 65.05 of this title and,\nas a condition of such sentence, orders the installation and maintenance\nof an ignition interlock device, the court may impose any other penalty\nauthorized pursuant to section eleven hundred ninety-three of the\nvehicle and traffic law.\n
