§ 110. Statement of stockholders to be filed. Every corporation or\nassociation authorized under this chapter to conduct pari-mutuel betting\nat a race meeting or races run thereat shall file with the commission a\nstatement giving the names and addresses of all its stockholders and\nshall likewise file revised statements giving such names and addresses\nfrom time to time as changes occur.\n
