§ 220-a. Corporations continued. Corporations heretofore formed under\nchapter five hundred seventy of the laws of eighteen hundred\nninety-five, chapter four hundred forty of the laws of nineteen hundred\ntwenty-six, or under article twenty of the membership corporations law,\nare hereby continued without change of corporate status, power or\nobligation, under the provisions of this article.\n
