§ 1055. Rules and regulations. The corporation may provide, by\nregulation, for the administration of the rural area revitalization\nprogram. Such regulations may contain any provisions, not inconsistent\nwith this article as may be necessary or appropriate to carry out the\npolicy and intent of this article.\n
