N.Y. Private Housing Finance Law § 550

§ 550. Application of article. This article shall apply only to\nfederal, state or municipal projects purchased or leased from\nmunicipalities or housing authorities by housing companies. Except as\notherwise expressly provided in this article, the terms and provisions\nof this chapter and other applicable laws shall apply to projects sold\nor leased to housing companies and to housing companies acquiring such\nprojects.\n
