N.Y. Religious Corporations Law § 26

§ 26. Worship. No provision of this chapter authorizes the fixing or\nchanging of the times, nature or order of public or social or other\nworship of any church, in any other manner or by any other authority\nthan in the manner and by the authority provided in the laws,\nregulations, practice, discipline, rules and usages of the religious\ndenomination or ecclesiastical governing body, if any, with which the\nchurch corporation is connected.\n
