§ 4. Property of unincorporated society transferred by its\nincorporation. All the temporalities and property of an unincorporated\nchurch, or of any unincorporated religious society, body, association or\ncongregation, shall, on the incorporation thereof, become the\ntemporalities and property of such corporation, whether such\ntemporalities or property be given, granted or devised directly to such\nunincorporated church, society, body, association or congregation, or to\nany other person for the use or benefit thereof.\n
