N.Y. Religious Corporations Law § 437

District superintendent

§ 437. District superintendent. The district superintendent shall by\nvirtue of his office be designated the president and presiding officer\nof the district corporation. He shall exercise such powers as are\ngranted him by the constitution and by-laws.\n
