N.Y. Religious Corporations Law § 61

§ 61. Creation and termination of pastoral relation. The election,\ncalling, settlement, installation, dismissal, removal, translation,\nconstituting or dissolving of the pastoral relation, or fixing or\nchanging of the salary of a minister or pastor of a Presbyterian church\nin connection with the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church\n(U.S.A.), or taking any action for or toward any such purpose, and the\ncalling and conduct of a meeting of any such church for any such\npurpose, and the qualification of voters at any such meeting, are not\nauthorized or regulated or controlled by any provision of this chapter,\nbut the same shall be in all respects, done, and regulated, and any\nmeeting therefor called, conducted, and controlled, only in accordance\nwith the constitution of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.).\n
