N.Y. Religious Corporations Law § 67

§ 67. Changing date of annual corporate meetings. An annual corporate\nmeeting of an incorporated church to which this article is applicable,\nmay change the date of its annual meeting thereafter. If such date shall\nnext thereafter occur less than six months after the annual meeting at\nwhich such change is made the next annual meeting shall be held one year\nfrom such next recurring date. For the purpose of determining the terms\nof office of trustees, the time between the annual meeting at which such\nchange is made and the next annual meeting thereafter shall be reckoned\nas one year.\n
