Incorporation of Christian Orthodox Catholic churches of the Eastern Confession

§ 95. Incorporation of Christian Orthodox Catholic churches of the\nEastern Confession. An unincorporated Christian Orthodox Catholic church\nof the Eastern Confession in this state may become incorporated as a\nchurch by executing, acknowledging and filing a certificate of\nincorporation, stating the corporate name by which such church shall be\nknown and the county, town, city or village where its principal place of\nworship is, or is intended to be located.\n A certificate of incorporation of an unincorporated Christian Orthodox\nCatholic church of the Eastern Confession shall be executed and\nacknowledged by six lay members of such church.\n On filing such certificate such church shall be a corporation by the\nname stated in the certificate.\n
