§ 1722. Contents of petition. The petition shall state:\n 1. The name, age and residence of the infant, incompetent person or\nconservatee.\n 2. The grounds of the proceeding.\n 3. A description of the real property or interest to be disposed of\nand of the incumbrance, if any, thereon.\n 4. The name and residence of the guardian of the infant, committee of\nthe incompetent person or conservator of the conservatee and, where a\nguardian ad litem is to be appointed, the name and residence of the\nperson proposed as the guardian ad litem, the relationship he bears to\nthe infant, incompetent person, or conservatee and the security proposed\nto be given.\n 5. In a proceeding pursuant to subdivision four of section seventeen\nhundred eleven of this article, that the contract was made after the\nadvertisement of the real property for sale for a period of four\nsuccessive weeks by a notice of sale posted conspicuously on the\npremises, and by publication of a notice of sale in the manner\nprescribed by section two hundred thirty-one of this chapter for\npublication of a notice of sale of real property made in pursuance of a\njudgment, provided, however, that the court may, upon cause shown,\nshorten such time or dispense with such advertisement.\n
