§ 2. Definitions. 1. The terms "real property" and "lands" as used in\nthe first eight articles of this chapter are co-extensive in meaning\nwith lands, tenements and hereditaments.\n 2. The term "infant" or "minor" as used in this chapter means a person\nwho has not attained the age of eighteen years.\n
