§ 339-q. Filing with board. True copies of the floor plans, the\ndeclaration, the by-laws and any rules and regulations shall be kept on\nfile in the office of the board of managers and shall be available for\ninspection at convenient hours of weekdays by persons having an\ninterest.\n
