N.Y. Railroad Law § 313

§ 313. Application of other laws. All provisions of law relating to\nrailroad corporations, as hereafter from time to time amended, shall\napply to railroad redevelopment corporations except where such\nprovisions are in conflict with the provisions of this article. Nothing\nin this article shall be construed to limit the powers of the\ncommissioner of tranportation under any other provisions of law not in\nconflict with the provisions of this article.\n
