§ 61. Passenger refusing to pay fare may be ejected. If any passenger\nshall refuse to pay his fare the conductor of the train, and the\nservants of the corporation, may put him and his baggage out of the\ncars, using no unnecessary force, on stopping the train, at any usual\nstopping place, or near any dwelling house, as the conductor may elect.\n
