N.Y. Second Class Cities Law § 252

§ 252. Laws repealed. The following acts and parts of acts are hereby\nrepealed:\n 1. Of the laws enumerated in the schedule annexed, that portion\nthereof specified in the last column.\n 2. All acts or parts of acts and ordinances of the city, in so far as\ninconsistent with the provisions of this chapter.\n Nothing herein contained, however, shall be deemed to repeal or in any\nwise affect the validity of the provisions of chapter five hundred and\nsixty of the laws of nineteen hundred and two; chapter three hundred and\nseventy-eight of the laws of nineteen hundred and three; chapters one\nhundred and seventeen, three hundred and ninety-four and five hundred\nand fifty-three of the laws of nineteen hundred and three; chapter three\nhundred and eighty of the laws of nineteen hundred and four; chapters\none hundred and eighteen, one hundred and ninety-one, two hundred and\ntwenty-three, five hundred and forty, five hundred and forty-one, five\nhundred and forty-three, six hundred and forty-five, six hundred and\nseventy-six and six hundred and eighty-six of the laws of nineteen\nhundred and five; but all of such acts are hereby continued in full\nforce and effect.\n
