§ 81. Appropriations for band concerts. The board of estimate and\napportionment may include in the annual estimate and appropriate an\namount to be expended by the superintendent of parks under the\nsupervision and direction of the commissioner of public works, in\nproviding public band concerts in the public parks or places of the\ncity.\n
