§ 178. Veteran assistance financing; state reimbursement. All\nprovisions of this chapter or of any other law relating to the financing\nof safety net assistance by counties, cities and towns, or reimbursement\nby the state for safety net assistance expenditures made by counties,\ncities and towns, shall apply with the same force and effect to veteran\nassistance.\n
