§ 254. Eligibility. Services for the aged, blind or disabled shall be\nprovided any aged, blind or disabled person who requires such services;\nwho is a resident of the state on the date of application and who is\nreceiving or is an applicant for benefits under the supplemental\nsecurity income and additional state payments for the aged, blind and\ndisabled program or is receiving or an applicant for authorized payments\nto aged, blind or disabled individuals ineligible for such program.\n
