§ 441. Definitions. As used in this title, the following terms shall\nhave the following meanings:\n 1. "Service" shall mean the child care review service created by this\ntitle.\n 2. "Advisory committee" shall mean the committee established by\nsection four hundred forty-three of this title.\n
