§ 445. Funding. The department shall explore the possibility of, and\nis authorized to take steps necessary to qualify for any available\nfunding from any private source or from the federal government, and is\nauthorized to use any funds for which the state qualifies for the\npurposes of the design, establishment or operation of the service.\n
