§ 459-e. Technical assistance. To the extent that funds are available,\nthe department shall arrange for or provide technical assistance to\nresidential and non-residential programs for victims of domestic\nviolence. Technical assistance shall include, but shall not be limited\nto, budgeting techniques, fund raising and program management.\n
