§ 460-g. Construction. The provisions of this article shall not be\ndeemed or construed to alter, amend, repeal or otherwise modify the\nprovisions of article nineteen-G of the executive law, relating to\nsecure and non-secure detention facilities, article nineteen-H of the\nexecutive law relating to residential facilities operating as approved\nrunaway programs and transitional independent living support programs,\nor articles thirteen and eighty-one of the mental hygiene law, relating\nto facilities for the mentally disabled or drug dependent persons.\n
